Neither the crime nor traffic of the city tends to come out here - other than through 3 thoroughfares the area is not connect to the rest of the city's street grid. The Creekbridge village, which anchors the community, has most of the convenience for everyday living without requiring a trip in the city. A nice plus is being able to hear frogs at night from one of the two creeks, if you live right by one or find yourself walking along one of the creek-side trails."
