There is a washer and dryer in the basement that is only used by second floor so you don't have to share! Stove and refrigerator, eat in kitchen as well as spacious living and dining room area. Seperate private front entrance. Small sun porch in the front and small back porch in the back, both on second floor. Small back yard, perfect for barbecues. Extra private storage space (approx 8 x 10) in the basement with door and lock at no extra cost. Convenient location near all major routes and located on a main bus route. Street and sidewalk just resurfaced by the city. No lease. Tenant is at will. Rental agreement will be signed by both parties.

Owner pays water/sewer. Tenant pays heat, electric, phone, cable. No pets. Smoke and vape free building. Smoking and vaping allowed only on the second floor front porch and in the back yard. Smoking and vaping not allowed on the back porch. Parking in the driveway allowed from 5p to 9a on weekdays and 24 hours on holidays and weekends. If you work night shift parking can be arranged off street during daytime hours as long as you leave parking open for small acupuncture business run from the first floor during normal business hours.
