Has a 10x10 shed with it, the bigger shed in the front yard is going with us is negotiable though. Had playground pebble rock area and playground stays with home. all landscaping was done this year. i believe 7 apple trees 4 pear trees and 4 peach trees are in back of lot we just planted. this home is beautiful. must see. propane tank is owned we bought a 1000 gallon one. all bedrooms but 1 have walk in closet have 8 camera system that stays with home. big dining room that we made into a sports room. this is willard central elementary schools and willard high school and middle. huge trailer pad on side of building. also this home is the second house to the dead end street.
