  • Susan B. .
"Good area with police close, friendly neighborhood values, schools aren’t great but the crime and overall atmosphere is good. "
  • Mommymusic
"Ripley is a beautiful quaint river town with many choices of home town eating and genuine hospitality. "
  • Mommymusic
"We have lived in Ripley long enough to know it is filled with good people, good churches, good history, and limited resources. The schools have declined significantly over the past three years, but it is a great community for less active people and those who prefer a slower pace of living. It is like stepping back in time with all the modern conveniences. Lowes, Walmart, Movie theater, restaurants, and many calendar events are more readily available about 15 minutes across the river into Maysville, Kentucky. This is convenient and adequate for those who do not seek constant instant gratification. It equates to a lifestyle of cost savings."
