Great elementary, middle and high schools. Traffic is average close to PIB, Buford highway, Sugarloaf Parkway and I85. There are a several food options available such as Chinese, Greek, Italian, Indian and American Pub). During the Summer months Duluth offers "Food Truck Fridays" in downtown Duluth which is less than 5 minutes away. Public golf courses are nearby (The Hooch, Sugar Hill and River Pines) as well a few parks. "
