2 waterview lots with RV, septic tank, storage shed, mature trees and chain link fence. RV sleeps 6 people comfortably. Bedroom in back with queen bed, couch and table fold into other 2 beds. Across the street from lake. RV had no issues and ran perfect, and 2 new AC units installed 6 years ago. Hasn’t been started since. Bought from original owner to have a second lake property but only used it Summer 2020. Comes as is. Lost the keys and title from moving, can file for another title. I knew this was an amazing school just from reading the website and talking with Jesse briefly and I agree 100% with their educational philosophy. I'm over the moon now that my 14 month and 3 year old are there and enjoying hands-on developmentally appropriate experiences. I can't tell you how grateful I am that they create such a beautiful holistic environment. From the teachers, staff, food, environment, toys, play areas, schedules, layout, no-worksheets! everything is well planned and thought out. It's such a breath of fresh air.

"just moved here in December. too much noise. HOA useless. no law enforcement. squatters in some of the vacant homes. "

"Nice park for kids to play and swimming pool, everyone is friendly, kids go to May school, there is two restaurant to eat at or take it to go."

"The wonderful neighbors and the deer and birds. Lots of space and views and not so many restrictions. We have a lovely pool, good roads, a boat launch and fishing pier, a playground and picnic area. Our Hoa dues are only $250.00 per YEAR for 2 lots. "
