Description

This townhome has a beautiful water view and includes internet and cable in the rent. It's located in Lake Nona, just a quarter mile away from the new Publix Creekside Shopping Center, and close to Lake Nona Town Center, Medical City, and the Orlando International Airport.

When you enter, you'll see an open foyer with the kitchen overlooking a spacious dining room and gathering room. The modern kitchen features stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, granite countertops, and 42-inch grey maple cabinets with brushed nickel hardware.

You can enjoy relaxing evenings on the covered lanai. On the second level, the owner's suite is complete with vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, dual vanity, and a frameless stand-up shower. The two guest rooms with vaulted ceilings share a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The laundry room, equipped with a Whirlpool washer and dryer, is conveniently located upstairs.

Community amenities include a pool with a cabana, a playground, and a park. The townhome is located in Somerset Crossings.

We want to make sure that we have great tenants in our homes, so we have some requirements for anyone who wants to rent from us. Our lease terms are a minimum of 12 months. To be approved, tenants need to have a good credit score, a steady income that is three times the amount of rent, and they can't have any roommates. If you have a small pet, that's okay, but there will be a fee. We don't allow smoking in any of our houses. We also need to see that you have a good rental history Finally, there is a $95 application fee for each adult who will be living in the house. If you meet all of our requirements, you'll just need to pay the first month's rent and two months of security deposit.

From 417 exit on Boggy Creek Road. Head south on Boggy Creek and make a right on Lake Nona Blvd. Somerset Crossings will be on your right, just before Wyndham Lakes Drive.
