Unit located directly across from private community park.

**OAC (On Approved Credit). To be approved we usually require applicants to have a minimum 650 credit score, sufficient household income, and positive rental history. If tenants and/or applicants do not meet the above requirements we do have options such as an extra security deposit or accepting a co-signer to the application. First and last months rent due before move in. Criminal background checks are on a case by case basis. Usually, if the conviction is older than 5 years we do not consider it to be a risk factor.
