colonial high school is basically a jail i moved to colonial from another school and there’s times where i often miss my old school or just wish i had never moved. at my old school you can talk,chill, and hang with the deans and they all would still be amazing at their job at colonial i feel like you cant do any of that the deans are just there to make you life at school miserable. there’s one male dean that dress coded many girls for their shorts, their bra strap showing, less than an inch of their stomach showing in like 2 minutes which i never seen any female dean do, which i honestly don’t like i dont like that a male in his 40 is looking at girls that are 15-18 i feel like the female deans are the ones that should be doing all that.

My son‘s teacher was great. My only issue with the school is the principal and his staff. They don’t care about the mental health and well-being of the kids. Ever response back in a meeting was simply catered and tailored around testing. These kids have a lot of pressure on them as it is to perform for these exams. At the end of the year Mr. longhouse is not fit to run school. Sometimes people in higher positions need to take a step back and maybe think about doing something else in education. Being a principal, you should have certain characteristics such as caring, understanding, and sympathy. Unfortunately, he lacks all three. I would not recommend my child going to this school.

it was better in the 6-7th grade tbh… my 8th grade year was ruined i mean—the rules are over doing it, people cant walk properly OUTSIDE IN A COURTYARD and a lot of people used the grass to get to their classes faster. now im almost always late trying to get around those few groups that decide to stand dead smack in the middle of the sidewalk. the officer there? he’s a power trip. i do recommend this school but notunder this principal
