  • Mbyrd38754
"We just moved here. I have so much more than I believed I was getting. I'm on a main road, close to everything but my home is quiet & when I'm in my yard, it is truly a peaceful place. there are people walking around the neighborhood constantly but they are going about their business, walking their dogs, picking up after them, riding bikes, kids playing without screaming, everyone maintains their home & it really is like a piece of Paradise. It's the most lovely area I've ever lived in & I'm going to make sure I do my part to keep as lovely as we found it. Neighbors on both side are cordial & thoughtful. What an amazing place."
  • Trulia User
"Nice neighborhood. Not a lot of heavy traffic. Could use more diversity, culture and a better selection of restaurants and shopping."
  • No. Bye.
"Lots of crime, speed chases, shootouts. Had a police chase and the guy hit a stop light. It was down for a little bit. Cops are always around. Have met a few racists too. "

"Depends on the neighborhood. Some neighborhoods are dog friendly, some are not. Houses too close are not dog friendly. Non-dog owners don’t want to hear your dogs. "

"there's not that many dog people walking their dogs in my neighborhood. if they do it they get a very late at night where I don't see them. There's only one man I see walking his dog and he walks it everyday front of my house at 6:30 a.m. and my buddy dogs go crazy when they see him it's a very entertaining site at 6:30 in the morning "
  • HMX
"Nott much really stands out. I mean it is quiet to an extent, dinning is mostly fast food. To sum it up would be under developed town and notably to its proximity to Cocoa Beach."
  • Pamela E.
"My neighbors look after each other. It's very friendly and family oriented. I love Titusville!! Downtown shuts down once a month and vendors set up both food and merchandise and local businesses. And you always see friends that ya haven't seen in a while. "
  • Kd4rvb

"We all decorate our homes Christmas. Very friendly neighbors. We look out for each other... I'm north Titusville. And love it. Great location... Just south of Daytona and Orlando is a not far at all. "
  • Lisa S.
"Kids in the neighborhood play and walk our neighborhood Families watch our neighborhood and report strangers"
  • Andrew B.
"Be careful if relocating from out of state to Titusville. While it is a nice little town the housing market is based off of Orlando market and the fact that Kennedy Space Center is close by. The sad fact is that apartments are overpriced and single family homes are becoming unaffordable for folks that dont make the kinds of wages KSC and government workers make. I make very good income, +60k, single but I'm leaving to the mid west where prices are normal for the most part. Do your due diligence before moving here. "
  • Soyteruca@ Gmail.com
"Is a very incredible place, nice neighborhood and beautiful golf camp view . Is my paradise. Close to everything but prived area. Close to the great beaches, Orlando attractions and more"
  • Jay S.
"The neighbors are great! Everyone sticks together. Short walk to shopping. The side walks are well lit. "
  • Pam Ezell
"We have a street party once a month downtown Titusville. Great bands & lots of vendors and yummy food. You always see friends ya haven't seen in a while. "
  • Pam E.
"My neighbor has easy access to downtown Titusville, Cape Canaveral and Orlando. It's a Great community to live in. And the most friendly people."
  • Trademarkcarly
"I work on Merritt Island and the commute is about 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Not too shabby. "
  • Jmounger
"Nice area to live in And raise kids nice quite place to live it is quiet and we like to live here. "
