The additional two bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the home with a guest bath in between. All units come standard with central heating and air, as well as washer and dryer hookups. Private parking and outdoor space with a deck and plenty of trees and wildlife. $1000 rent, $1000 deposit There is no additional lot rent. Please call our office anytime between 8:30 and 5:30 Mon-Fri. We are happy to show all units without an application during office hours. You must apply in person. Our address is: Colony Cove Mobile Home Park 3951 S Mentor Ave, LOT 54 Springfield, MO 65804. There is a $30.00 application fee for anyone over 18 years of age. You must be able to pass a background check, previous rental history and a credit check.
