Approval is based on the results of the online application. The application fee is $40.00. Everyone who will be living in the home that is over the age of 18 will need to complete an application. We will receive a credit check, background check and eviction check. In order to be approved with our standard deposit (equal to rent amount) there must be no open evictions within the last 5 years, no criminal background and credit scores must be between 540-580. If the credit score is below a 540 it is at the discretion of the property manager and approval is not guaranteed. Homes are given to the first approved applicant. In the rare instance that you cannot have your first choice, the application can be applied to a home similar in price. All of our homes are pet friendly! There is a pet fee. For one animal the fee is $300, if you have an additional pet it will be $500 (there is a two pet max). This is a one-time non-refundable fee due before the start of the lease or at the time of the adoption of the animal.
Property does not allow for the follow pets: Akita, American Malamute, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Husky, Korean Jindo, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, wolf/wolf hybrid.

There are plenty of small to medium sized parks nearby to take the little ones for either a swim in a creek, an easy hike, or just to play on the playground. Cute boutiques and great restaurants line Main Street and there are drug stores like CVS where you can get the basics without having to drive to Calera or Alabaster. "
