Hello - we have one bedroom available for rent in a one story, three bedroom house (plus private bathroom) starting April 1st in Temecula for $1050/month (+ utilities, electricity and WiFi). This would be a 12 month lease. Your roommates would be a couple (F 29, M 26) and two friendly dogs (a standard poodle and a Belgian malinois). The deposit would be $1050. This house has a spacious backyard, laundry on site, fireplace, garage, street parking, central air, and heating.

12 month lease, if renter wants to move out before the 12 months are up, then you'll be responsible to find a replacement.
