A successful applicant should have good credit in the past three years, verified income higher than 3 times of the rent, clean rental history, and great references.

Move in cost: Security deposit 2195 (refundable), cleaning deposit 300(refundable), first month rent 2195 plus taxes 50.49, one time pet fee of 300 (non refundable). To apply, every adult over 18 years pays 40 for credit check.

Tenants pays all utilities. Owners pays HOA dues.
