Description

I am looking to rent an in-law suite out. New home is in a quiet neighborhood in Clovis. Must be employed and able to prove income and employment. The place will be fully furnished. You must be clean and willing to take care of the place like your own. We would also like our tenants to not wear shoes inside the house to reduce need for up keeping. It is now furnished with plantation shutters to help keep the place dark if that bothers your sleep. The photos are not up to date but I will put up-to-date ASAP.

WiFi, Utilities, and Electric included.
Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher Available.
Private Entrance.
No pets.
No smoking.
No parties.
$1200 security deposit.
Parking will be street parking but it is a great neighborhood.
Laundry will have to be done on your own.

We are close to Clovis community hospital.

I prefer text, but you can call if it is after 3pm. If you call before, there is a good chance I will not answer because I am at work.

At least 3 month at $1200 per month and $1200 deposit in case of any damage to the property or need to hire a cleaner before moving out. Utilities all are inclusive and also wifi. There is no cable television so this will have to be done on your own. Please note that due to covid laundry will have to be done on your own as well.

It’s in the heart of Fresno you can go up the mountain or down the 99. Shopping is very close by and delicious dining as well as fast food if that’s your preference. Easy access to freeways and entertainment is very family friendly during farmer markets in Old Town Clovis. Lots of local shopping and antique stores."

    "I love living right off the Clovis Trail. Been here 9 years and don’t plan on moving. I’m the onsite manager of Trailside Apts. Dewiit has sidewalks on one side and is well lit. I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
