A contemporary two story home with a 3 car garage on a cul-de-sac.
In 2020, we replaced all of the carpet upstairs with a composite tile flooring and added approximately 100 square feet of storage to the garage by installing shelving that is suspended from the ceiling. In 2021, we expanded the paver driveway that leads to a paver walkway to the backyard. We also added a walkway from the front door to the sidewalk. We also added a covered outdoor kitchen with a grill, tepanyaki griddle, sink, faucet and refrigerator. In addition, we had a wood burning outdoor fireplace with a gas starter. At the same time, we had a 7+ foot deep pool installed that includes a waterfall and a large Baja pad. The pool has a pop up cleaning system, an in-deck chlorinator and a Venturi skimmer - so no floaters or hoses. We also had the backyard completely re-landscaped and lighting installed front and back. The pool, including the pool lights, landscape lighting and irrigation are all on timers.
