We have a beautiful 5 bedroom home on a huge cul-de-sac lot, 1/3 of an acre. A few years ago we took down a wall so now the family room goes right into the kitchen to create a huge great room with a breakfast nook. It's perfect for large family gatherings! The backyard has a basketball court, a Tuff shed and a smaller shed. There are 5 mature elm trees and 3 mature sissoo trees in back and an ash tree in front so there's lots of beautiful shade. We have wonderful neighbors in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There is easy freeway access with close dining and entertainment, and a top elementary school practically across the street. Also within walking distance is a newly updated Greenfield Park with fishing lake and walking trails.
We're not ready yet but will probably be listing this home in a few years. Please no solicitors, we have lots of realtors in our family!
