Master bedroom has a walk-in closet. Large addition off the back makes for a great second living area. unfinished basement for storage, 2 car tuck under garage. Large yard. New carpet and paint. No washer/dryer but hook ups are there if you wanTenant pays own utilities and takes care of snow removal. Landlord takes care of the lawn. Pets considered with extra $35 a month pet rent and $350 refundable pet deposit.
