The location of the house is perfect because of easy access to all major freeways (60, 101, I-10 and 202). The house is also close to Arizona State University's Main Tempe Campus.
Frys grocery store, Sprouts, "New Aldi", Walgreens, CVS, Target, Ace Hardware, Walmart, Walgreens, Bank of America, Chase and Wells Fargo, Discount tire, planet fitness, Bosa Donuts, Starbucks, Outback Steakhouse and many other restaurants are all within walking distance.
