Great location, near all the action yet nestled within a quiet Belmont Heights Historic District. Originally built in 1922, remodeled in 2008. Cottage is east of Downtown Long Beach, 8 blocks from the beach and beach path, Within walking distance to coffee shops, dining, grocery stores and many other nearby businesses. A short Uber or bike ride to Belmont Shore, Long Beach State, Blue Line or Downtown Long Beach. Easy freeway access to the 405, 710, 605 or 22 freeways. The cottage is located on the 6th street Bike Boulevard. Its an easy stroll down 6th to the Colorado Lagoon.

People love it here!

THIS IS A NON SMOKING Property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottage and on the property. Sorry, NO ANIMALS ALLOWED. Front house has a dog, must be OK with dog in yard (she 's cool). LGBTQ friendly. Owners on site in front house.

Quiet is key. No parties. The cottage is located at the back of the fenced in property and is away from street noise. You ll never sleep better.
