About this House

Double lot home is for sale at $98,900. Second home could be placed on the adjoining lot, all hookups are there. Both lots are fenced together with gates for each driveway. You then get two homes for one low price. The lots are all landscaped with rocks, saguaro cactus, mature citrus trees and bird of paradise foliage. The driveways are paved and there are awnings on both sides of the double wide mobile home. The roof has a white foam coverage with no leaks. There is a workshop on one side under the awning with a workbench and lots of storage. The air conditioner is 2 years old and works just like new and the water heater is less than one year old. The home also has a water cooler on the roof that can save you on electricity when it is not so hot outside. Home has Mesa city services including gas and has SRP for electricity. Located just south of east Main Street between 39th and 40th streets at 3915 East Aspen in Mesa.
