Everything in/on home works as it should apart from an exterior bulb that is burnt out, based on my recent walkthrough. Dad is relocating to be close to family. He was in process of spending, (approx. $25k to date), to improve this lovely villa; now it's up to the new owner to make their own. I know he'll miss it. Beautiful view to golf course. Close to necessities, amenities, and shopping as well as Highlands Hammock State Park and A. Blair Big Oak Trail for camping, hiking, etc. Home has really good neighbors, nestled in quiet neighborhood. Can be rented out HOA guidelines. While subject to HOA, they do yard maintenance and common area upkeep. HOA does prevent the unsightly and helps to maintain property value. We've found HOA to be beneficial, unintrusive and affordable. There are reasonable golf memberships. Many residents have their own golf carts, social scene is vibrant, and league play is active and competitive. Owner's son, who is listing, works in the real estate title industry, will work well with agents and make process as easy as possible for both parties.
