      "I have lived in this neighborhood for 20 years. On my particular street, my neighbors are not very friendly. Everyone kind of sticks to themselves. Public transportation is not close enough. Taylorsville really needs to update and clean curb and gutter, and offer compensation for homeowners improvement on the parking strip. I know West Jordan does that."
