"Great place to live. No access to Lago Vista amnesties and HOA isn’t the greatest but we enjoy it here "
  • Trisha
"Steep incline in certain areas. Terrain unstable in certain areas and cautious driving area is a must as some driveways are at a steep incline. "
  • Kmcquade56
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 20 years and I have enjoyed it very much. It’s a close knit community where everyone is willing to help each other. "

"It’s Family friendly, schools are great, it’s quiet. There are hiking trails and national parks nearby. "
  • Shannon A.
"No side walks. Not everyone cleans up as the law requires. Wish there was a dog park! Great vet in town."
  • Sjaiarcher
"Schools are great. Tenured landowners not so welcoming. We need some fun things for the kids and better restaurants. Yes, lake food should be good food "
  • Avery D.
"There are many families in this neighborhood. It’s small town but is just close enough to the larger suburban area (15 min). A+ school district. Beautiful hill country area with a access to many lake parks. Perfect area for settling in and raising your family. "
  • Jessica M.
"Lago Vista is the start to the hill country and has very hilly windy roads. Although the nature is pretty out here there are a lot of deer that people feed, while they are pretty to look at there is a problem with them running in the road, so be careful. "
  • Krista Sprague
"It’s my little piece of heaven, and the fishing anytime make this place the best!! Living Lago Vista"
  • Sahara.harper
"It’s over populated and over hyped. Roads are torn up and town is 30 minutes away. It’s not worth it."
  • Adammmoore93
"Beautiful views and a gorgeous lake nearby. It’s a quiet quaint town but it definitely is growing with more construction every day."
  • John H.
"live up by rusty Allen air port. love my neighbors. nice and quiet, just the way we like it. more trees less roof tops. like to keep it that way."
  • Trulia User
"I moved here two years ago with my fiance, now husband. He has lived here for twenty years. It used to be quiet but not the construction has become awful and the wildlife are endangered because their habit is dwindling. Their is no bridge so traveling to Austin takes over an hour. We most likely will move soon."
