      "Mariemont is a darling community with excellent, walkable schools, shopping, dining, and parks. We know all of our neighbors, as well as have friends on surrounding streets. We love the community events, like the annual tree lighting, Easter Egg Hunt and Halloween parade. Yes, it is near Madisonville, but very different. Also, Madisonville is a community in the midst of regentrification, with houses being renovated, businesses being invested in, and the community becoming involved in making their home a better place. "
