Description
Our Opinion
Between the lot of us, weve traveled this globe a time or two. Weve been all over the map, and weve yet to find a spot we love so much as the one were in. Utah is–for those whove yet to take notice–an incredible place. Yes, we have much to love in SLC but take little ol Heber, for example: its as charming a spot as we can imagine. All wide-open farm country just a 15-minute skip to Park City and a short slide down the hill will land you right back in the midst of our salty downtown streets. One look at this Heber homestead however and we think city life will be the furthest thing from your mind. Situated on 2.91 beautiful acres (“unparalleled mountain views for miles” are included) this place is touting Little House on the Prairie charm with all the modern updates that Laura Ingalls Wilder likely longed for (make any city-slicker type house guests feel right at home). Inside youll find an adorably-bright kitchen and dine-in nook, complete with a bay window (book/tea/slippers spot) and the upstairs loft space could easily be finished to create a dreamy main suite. But let us not forget to discuss this bit o land youll be sitting on. Theres an existing horse shelter so all your pony needs are sure to be met. The sweet old barn is original to the property (and should you need more storage there are a couple of sheds on the property as well). Goat house tree swing and plenty of space for your chickens. Fruit orchard and a veggie garden too. This place is surrounded by wiiiide open spaceand it feels a lot like “home” ought to. We reckon youll want to move on this one.
