"St augustine is growing rapidly. Sometime you wait 15 or 20 minutes in traffic to get downtown. It’s friendly but be prepared to have ups and downs in traffic if you are carting children to snd from activities. "

"Quiet. Plenty of Law Enforcement in the neighborhood. I trust my neighbors. I enjoy my 2 mile walk through our neighborhood."
