Good concrete block house on 5 acres in beautiful Lake County, Fl. House was built in 1977 and has been well cared for. In late 80's an addition was added create the Big Whatever Room. Ambulance, fire trucks sirens all the time. However just 2 blocks there is a Park with weekend events, I wouldn’t walk over there,"
