About this House

We are in the process of finalizing a lease with new tenants but if you still want an application for consideration please let us know.

This home is a wonderfully built, two-story, south- facing, energy-efficient "Super Good Cents" home that is on a panhandle lot so it's nice and quiet. The extra large garage can accommodate two cars as well as a large space for storage and a bonus room that has been used as an office and a music room. The room in the garage can NOT be used as a bedroom. The large backyard is on the bike bath and just a short walk from Peterson Barn park. There is a wooden teepee in the backyard that can be a fun place to hangout or read a book and there's minimal plants so it's a low maintenance yard. Tenant will be expected to keep up with all yard work and weeding property. There is a large space by the garage that used to be a garden that can be again if you would like.

This house has been remodeled over the past year and now features lots of brand new items like: touchpad keyless entry, all exterior door knobs and keys, pet friendly carpet, interior paint, and lighting fixtures. The kitchen features new items like a stove, garbage disposal and PUR water filter as well as a newer refrigerator. The house also comes with a washer and dryer. Cadet wall heaters throughout and digital thermostats downstairs.

*There will be no viewings of the house, tours or open houses. We are strictly following social distancing guidelines due to high risk tenant living there now. We ask that you respect the tenants privacy and please don't go by the house.

We don't have the right technology to post a video but I have added some panoramic pictures of the main living space as well as each bedroom so you can see the layout better.

We accept up to two small cats and/or dogs up to 25 pounds with a $250 deposit each and certificate or proof of being neutered.

Tenant is required to have renters insurance before a lease is signed.

No smoking indoors of any kind and no growing marijuana on the property.

    "it's a nice area and safe. bus route close by and lots of close shopping. Not much need for a car. Medical aide very close by and ambulane station in neighborhood. Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
