"Saveland Park is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The people are friendly. There is wide open street parking. The green line bus can quickly take you to Bay View, Third Ward, Walker's Point, Downtown, or the East Side. Excellent location for young people that like to go out and do things without paying too much for a home. People keep their properties looking nice. Highly recommended place to live."

"I have lived in the Saveland Park neighborhood for 12 years. I know most of my neighbors, and we look after each other and help each other out. Our kids all play together. It's a very walkable and convenient neighborhood that is family friendly, like it should be."
