With a broad range of experience with Macomb School and the Macomb community, I can say without any hesitation this is a great school and community. Macomb was a safe haven for me as a child. I grew up there and then returned as an adult to raise my children there. The teachers at Macomb are truly engaged with their students and the community. They have an after school program that is one of the best in the State. From the 3 year old program all the way to the 12th grade these teachers are invested in the success of the students. All three of my children attended Macomb and have went on to be strong, happy, and productive members of society. I highly recommend this school.

We moved from Edmond with our 6 children last year. Edmond is known for many great things to include it’s wonderful schools. It really depends on individual preference. My kids enjoyed school as much as the next kid in Edmond - tried to play hooky wherever possible. They absolutely LOVE Macomb School! NEVER try to stay home they even get a little annoyed if I pick them up early. There’s a culture of kindness here unlike anywhere I’ve seen. My teenager says bullying simply doesn’t exist here. Going to school is an experience that reaches far beyond test scores. I feel blessed that my children are among the lucky few that get to have this exceedingly rare experience.
