Plenty of activities at the park (farmers market, parades, food trucks) as well as additional amenities in walking distance. I walk to get coffee in the morning, get my haircut in the afternoon and dinner in the evening. There’s plenty of money and work being poured into an already nice neighborhood at the moment, with several updated and fully remodeled homes. "
