The second enclosure has composite decking and overlooks the 18 x 36‘ oval saltwater pool. A new liner was installed in 2020 and a new Polaris booster pump in April 2021. Included in the outside is an outdoor shower, two septic tanks, a 16 x 20‘ shed, a 50 amp RV hook up with a dump station connected to the septic tank and a 910 ft.² three car garage.
The home has 4101 ft.² of living space but the total under roof is 6628 ft.².
The interior of the home has a lovely open floor plan with plant ledges, recessed lighting and 12 foot ceilings. fresh paint and new flooring was added in 2020.
Custom built maple cabinets and granite throughout to include the laundry room, kitchen, all bathrooms, and outdoor kitchen.
The beautiful kitchen has three tiered cabinets and a huge walk-in pantry. The kitchen overlooks the living room for a very unified feel.
The master bedroom has a tray ceiling with a huge walk-in closet. The master bathroom features beautiful tile work with a garden tub and oversized walk-in shower. The shower includes a programmable Kohler digital interface to customize the body sprays.
The three additional bedrooms are all roomy with generous closet space. Additionally, there is a formal dining room, office and an additional family room that overlooks the enclosed back deck.
Lastly, there is a bonus room over the garage that includes a solid pool table/ping-pong table combination which will convey. The bonus room, living room, and master bedroom are all wired for surround sound.
The home is heated and cooled by to carrier infinity heat pump units.
