The principal is a bully. They lie to parents!! The principal must be pretty bad she has to have a police officer with her all the time. I had several children attend this school, unfortunately!!! If you have a child with ADHD stay away from this school!! They don't follow the law on 504's. The school district won't help you, I couldn't even get him transferred to another school. We moved to the Springdale School District because we had heard how great it was, it's not!!! We are now looking into selling our home and getting our children out of this school district. I have never been AFRAID of a school but I am now. They scared me so bad, I quit my job so I can home school my child while we wait for our home to sell!!!!!

Everyone encourages one another. Like you would in everyday life.

I didn’t like how I was being treated there , they said they were going to treat us like adults because they are trying to get us ready for the “real world” , but the real world doesn’t have to be the way they see it . The teachers show their favoritism and their least favorite. The school overall is okay but the teachers and the environment they set feels like torture , some times we get in trouble for speaking out I might even get in trouble for putting this up but I wish I didn’t have to go to this school but it’s the only one In my district and I can’t afford to pay for gas to go to harbor every single day .I wish there was more assistance and positive energy in this school but there really isn’t . Plus last year they caught students with a gun and all they did to inform us was send an email they didn’t really try to warn our parents or call them but they sent a simple email.

I have two kids at George Junior High. We have been very happy with the administrators and staff at George. Lots of quality programs. My kids are very involved and love being at school. The school is new and one of the very best in NWA.
