Residents also have access to community amenities including a seasonal pool, tennis and pickleball courts, walking paths, picnic areas, and cornhole. Bethany Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and everyday services are all just a short drive away.

Available beginning August 23, 2026. A 12-month lease is preferred, although a furnished seasonal lease through May 31, 2027 may also be considered. Lease term is negotiable based on applicant qualifications and proposed occupancy dates. Monthly rent is $3,400.

High-speed internet/Wi-Fi, trash service, HOA dues and community amenities, routine pest control, and seasonal lawn care are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water, and sewer based on actual usage. A $3400 refundable security deposit and a $450 one-time, nonrefundable cleaning fee are required.

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home, screened porch, or garage. Free driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles. Pets may be considered with prior approval and are subject to pet rent, a refundable pet deposit, an additional pet cleaning fee, and the property's pet policy.

Renter's insurance is required. Subletting and short-term rental use are prohibited. Tenant must follow all HOA and community rules and promptly report maintenance issues or water leaks.
