"This area would be perfect for an aspiring couple or retiree who, enjoys bonfires and their homes filling with the stench of smoke, burnt trash, and tires during almost any evening from the trashy people near by. It would also be perfect if you enjoy gunshots in the middle of the night, drag racing in your backyard, vicious pets escaping their poor treatment/near starvation to attack you in your own yard, the occasional meth addict wandering into your yard, the drug deals on the down low and the constant stream of people wandering around that look like they are trying out for Deliverance:The Sequel. I wouldn't want to raise a potted plant in this neighborhood let alone children or pets. Do yourself a favor and move to Wesley Chapel or Dade City or further into Zephyrhills away from the trash and closer to more parks, better eating options, and cleaner environments. This area used to be great and everyone knew everyone...real Mayberry feel, but through the past 5-10 years has become "rent city" where the trash is high and the expectations are in the gutter."
