About this House

Welcome to 3837 East Grant Avenue! This 1074 square foot, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home has some very nice updates sure to be appreciated by the new owners. Flooring is a combination of the original red oak and newer carpeting that is approximately 1 year old in the main house. At the time the carpet was installed a brand new dual pack and ducting were installed along with new, energy efficient vinyl windows. Other conveniences include an indoor laundry room with additional storage and an extra room added on to the garage by the previous owners, (not included in the square footage). The original evaporative cooler works giving the buyers a choice of running the AC or saving money on PG&E when it's not too hot. The bathroom needs a little cosmetic work left over from the window update but overall this home is sure to make someone very happy.

    "I have visited some businesses in this area. I can’t say too much about the safety of this neighborhood as I do not live here. I do have a couple of relatives that I visit often around this location and they have lived here a long time. I feel comfortable visiting during the day and I know the neighborhood had improved quite a bit from years ago when there was gang violence, it’s much quieter and calm. "
