A little note from the owner.....
We aren't quite ready for a showing as of yet, but in a few months will be ready. The house is all concrete block and the roof is in great shape, has lifetime shingles and is in good condition. We check it frequently.
We have work to do on the driveway. The driveway is very long and the roots of trees have lifted the concrete at the end toward the street. If you look on Google Earth you can barely see the house because it is placed right in the middle of two acres, which is what drew us to this property to begin with.
Since we have owned the home we installed a water softener with it's own shed, the roof, new ceiling fans throughout the entire house, including the bathroom. New custom light fixtures in the kitchen and dining room. LED lighting where we have been able to.
The back porch is fully enclosed and in full A/C. It is quite large. The original owners added on to the house by enclosing the back patio and creating an extra room that has access from both living areas, plus a huge walk in closet. There are sliding glass doors from this porch to the back yard which is completely private.
