The huge yard has winding brick paths, mature trees, succulents, large grassy area, an herb garden and space to plant your own vegetables. It has a large sunny porch facing the back yard where you can sit and watch the birds. A stone path will lead you to the side of the house along bamboo, through a gazebo to a small shadey deck. All of the grounds have automatic outdoor lighting and sprinklers. Each outdoor space feels like extra rooms for playing ball, sun bathing, reading, gardening or entertaining.
The house comes with storage, 1/2 side of the carriage garage, (too small for a car) good for Kayaks, motorcycles or sports gear. The driveway has plenty of parking.
The house house is bright and airy, and. has a warm homey vintage feel. Situated near apartments, but very quiet, with nice neighbors. Its less then a mile to schools, park, golf ,the traffic circle for restaurants and shopping. The beach and Downtown are just a short drive.
