The neighborhood is located on Columbia Pike, between Glebe and George Mason drive. Columbia Pike/South Arlington is one of the hottest districts in the DC metro area and the home is within walking distance of multiple restaurants, shops, and bars. There is a bus stop immediately across from the property that provides easy transit to Clarendon, Rosslyn, Pentagon, Crystal City or Washington DC. Arlington Hall is within walking distance of the property and the Pentagon and Fort Meyer are a five minute commute. The Capitol and business district of Washington D.C is 15min.
