Rapid Run Middle School provides a welcoming environment for all students. In the Oakhills School District their are three middle schools. Rapid Run, Bridgetown, and Delhi. Out of all three schools, Rapid Run is by far the best. The staff and teachers are friendly and provide an amazing learning environment. There’s a zero tolerance policy for bullying and if there is an issue, it’s always handled appropriately! I would recommend Rapid Run Middle School to any parent. Rapid Run has many different programs for the children that learn at different speeds. There’s a class called Rams and Read180 for children who need more help. There’s regular classes in each grade. In seventh grade you can take accelerated math, but there isn’t any other accelerated classes. In eighth grade there is an Honors Algebra, Science, and American History! The school has phenomenal extra curricular activities and clubs! Rapid Run has been a great experience for my kids!

My granddaughter has an IEP for mild ASD and her communication delay. Since our initial contact with the Oak Hills District and her placement in Ms. Amy’s integrated preschool class, which occurred the day after she turned 3 years old, the school staff has been 100% supportive with her educational needs. They are incredibly responsive, building on her strengths while providing the interventions needed to address her challenges. She is anxious to return from summer vacation in another week and we are excited to have her back at Dulles in such a great educational environment.

Great school. Has a variety of AP classes to get my children ready for college. It also has many different clubs and sports so whatever your child maybe into there is something for everyone.
