The complex is gated with one assigned parking space, pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room, fountains on property and lots of grassy areas throughout the complex. You can walk to restaurants, grocery store, The Village Health Club, run on the Canal, etc. Pets - max weight is 40 pounds for a dog or combined weight of 40 pounds for two dogs). Owner requires good credit.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
