Hi everyone! This is my furnished condo that has recently had some renovations. The condo is located on the edge of Scottsdale/Arcadia in an awesome up and coming area. It is walking distance from restaurants, groceries, the canal, and Camelback mountain. The condo complex is mostly full of young professionals and adults. It's a great area to live in!     "There are a few hiking spots close by, there is a nice running trail that runs alongside the canal and Camelback Rd. Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

    "Dogs are everywhere and most people are good dog owners. Every once in a while, someone will have their dog off leash that is not well-trained enough. But it’s rare. Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
