The backyard is spacious and all fenced in. The addition of a brick patio makes it a wonderful place to relax and spend time outside. There are trees, but none are above the house roof. The storage shed provides ample storage space.

The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Patrick Henry elementary and Edison Middle school and High school are nearby. Whiteside park has a walking/running track. Several grocery stores and pharmacy are nearby as well as Promenade mall.
