About this House

This is a low Maintenance house with gorgeous red bricks all around. All the windows are all double-pane windows and insulate the house very well.

Floors are all hardwood floors, except for tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. All rooms are freshly painted, have plenty of closet storage and have ceiling fans. The dining and living rooms have large windows.

The kitchen has new granite counter-tops, a new sink, a large pantry and space for a dining table. There is space for the washer and dryer to be installed inside the house.

An alarm system has been installed with a loud siren, glass breakers in living room and back bedroom, motion and door detectors as well as 3 monitoring panels.

Both the furnace unit and the air conditioner unit have been replaced recently.

The original garage door has been replaced by a wider door to accommodate a SUV and has an automatic garage door opener. There is additional storage space in the attic as well.

The backyard is spacious and all fenced in. The addition of a brick patio makes it a wonderful place to relax and spend time outside. There are trees, but none are above the house roof. The storage shed provides ample storage space.

The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Patrick Henry elementary and Edison Middle school and High school are nearby. Whiteside park has a walking/running track. Several grocery stores and pharmacy are nearby as well as Promenade mall.
