No smoking on property. One dog ok up to 80 lbs. with non refundable pet deposit. Tenant is responsible for yard upkeep, including mowing the grass. Landlord provided riding lawn mower on site, but tenant is responsible for repairs and maintenance to riding lawn mower. Property available April 1st with one year lease minimum, preferably to end 5/31/2022. We will be screening prospective tenants via email and phone and showing the property mid March.
