It is a 3 bed/2 bath single home, with laundry area (new washer/dryer), nice backyard and a barbecue!
The house is conveniently located. It's about 10 miles away from Savannah River Site, 10 minutes to Aiken Horse Park and Golf Courts, 5 minutes to Walmart Super Center, about 5-10 minutes to many restaurants and churches, near to multiple sport activities, jobs, schools, major stores, restaurants and much more! It is only about 10 - 15 minutes driving to the HORSE DISTRICT, training tracks and most polo fields and stables!! By the way, there is a nice playground for the kids in the neighborhood too!!
Furniture, Internet, utilities ($250/m cap limit) and front landscaping (once a month) are included in the price!
Garage is not included.
ABOUT THE HOUSE:
The kitchen is equipped with flatware, pots and pans, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, and a washer and dryer.The master bedroom with a queen size bed has a walking closets with lots of space to store your stuff and a renovated bathroom. The bedroom with two twin beds has an ample walking closet as well. The smaller pink bedroom has a smaller walking closet with plenty of space for your belongings. The three bedrooms are very bright with all day natural sunlight.
The spacious and bright living room has a TV and a comfortable sofa to seat and relax.
We like to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors. For this reason, we prefer no parties or events to be held in the promise as well as avoiding loud noises after 10 PM. SMOKING and PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED, sorry!
The whole house is available for you to enjoy! We want you to feel like at home!
SPECIAL NOTE:
- Notice to Vacate Required: 30 days when renting month-to-month; 60 days when renting longer term
- Daily rate: $80 (2 weeks minimum rent required)
- Monthly rate: $ 2250 (up to 6/months). If a longer rental is needed, please ask owner for availability and price.
- TAX: Sales tax is charged at 9% if booking for less than 91 days. Reservations 91 days and longer are exempt.
- Refundable Security Deposit:
$500 when rented for two weeks min and up to one month.
$2250 for one month and up 6/months.
- Reservation Fee: $500 applied towards 1st month's rent as a down-payment (non-refundable)
