"Great access to main streets like Montana, I10 and easy access to 54. Traffic is not that bad, of course depending on the time. "

"I’ve lived here in this neighborhood for years and years. It’s chill. Everyone minds their business. The only annoying thing might be the kids on those little dirt bikes zooming by the canal and bringing up dirt clouds everywhere. "

"I can’t think of any community events that occur around here other than nearby high school sports games. But the main thing that makes this neighborhood special is that you can find almost anything you’re looking for within a 5-minute drive "

"I’ve lived in this area for 18 years, looking to buy another house and will stay in the neighborhood. Calm neighborly feel where you can sit outside and watch the sunset, walk the dog safely without too much traffic , but within walking distance of major shopping centers, grocery stores, the airport is very close by , the freeway is easily accessible, and the schools are great.
