Country living close to the city. Two miles south of the loop off Western Street. Just across the road from Sundown Elementary and approximately three miles from Randall High.

Three bedroom, two bath home. Older home moved to property and completely rehabbed 18 months ago. Has had one renter who moved out of the area. Well cared for. Brick home with metal roof.

New central heat/air conditioning. New sinks/bath fixtures. All walls redone. All new windows. All electric. New light fixtures/ceiling fans. Lots of closet space for an older home. Original hardwood floors in living area and bedrooms. New tile in kitchen and bathrooms. Well water. New septic system.

Very quiet. Fields to the north and west. Yet town is only a few miles away.

This home sits on 17 acres along with several other homes. It is country living. There are no concrete curbs or walks. The lawns are not nice green and groomed. But again, it is very quiet.

Residents responsible for electricity. Small dogs allowed but only with seeing the animal before move in. $500.00 nonrefundable deposits for pets. Completed application required. Security and credit checks required. References checked.

    "In Amarillo it is very common for dogs to be stolen from back yards. People mark your fence during the day then come back at night or when no one is there and steal the dogs for dog fighting/money. As long as you make sure your dogs are never outside when no one is home or at night it should be okay. Just be cautious. "

    "Good walking area, 4 parks within walking distance. Downtown is right up the street. Because the Salvation Army is just on the other side of downtown we do get the random weirdo both in the alley and snooping around at night. I personally have only had 2 issues iin 2 years. 1 was someone about to steal a package from my porch. The other was was people parking in the alley in front of my garage. My dogs love to walk in the neighborhood. Harrison st is notorious for having it’s residence blocking the walkway. "
