Description

I am the tenant looking to find new renters. New renters would have to apply through the property management company. The apartment is perfect for 2 roommates. We only occupied it for one month. It is an end unit on the 2nd floor. The building is isolated in a quiet part of Bangor with lots of on-site parking at no charge. Furniture shown in the photos is now mostly gone but there are a few pieces that could remain. This is a gem as apartments go in Bangor.

You must fill out an online application through the management company. Please contact me first for initial screening. It is a 1-year lease. First and last month's rent up front with an $1,100 security deposit. Rent includes heat. You need to pay electric but no other utilities. No smoking is allowed. You have to set up your own internet. You have to follow the rules about no loud parties, but it's pretty reasonable.
