As a result, the effectiveness of these supports can vary and does not always translate into meaningful or measurable progress.Leadership & Staff Treatment:At the district level, expectations and accountability do not appear to be applied consistently across staff. There is a lack of uniformity in how employees are supported and held to expectations, which can create a perception that practices differ depending on the individual rather than being applied equitably.Communication:Communication from administration is often limited, unclear, or not provided in a timely manner. In some cases, attempts to seek clarification or guidance do not receive responses, which contributes to confusion and inconsistent implementation across classrooms and schools.Safety & School Environment:There are also concerns related to consistency in safety procedures and overall campus environment.
